 Let me start off by saying that I’ve wasted A LOT of money on generic online programs … none of which I’ve ever completed. One main reason was because i didn’t feel like it was personalized for me, thats why I love the program Lindsey made for me.

One of the main reasons I love working with Lindsey is, she understands that life happens and sometimes reps and/or weights, aren’t my best. Or sometimes I just can’t fit all the workouts in that week for whatever reason. She never made me feel bad about it, but reinforced that I was doing well with the program and that motivated me to keep going.
 What attracted me to working with Lindsey is her physical therapy background. I have a lot of orthopedic injuries, one of which includes a history of shoulder surgery. She was able to tailor my program in a way that would prevent further injury or aggravation to the shoulder. And what actually ended up happening is all the muscles around my shoulder strengthened and I feel more stable with the mobility in that shoulder.
 What helped push me forward, compared to generic programs was knowing that Lindsey was checking in on my tracker that she created for me, and that we would have a weekly check. This kept me honest and motivated even on the days I didn’t want to.
 
I’m almost done with program and this is the first time I’ve stuck to a program. I can see the changes, my clothes are fitting better, i feel better, and there’s still more time to go. I’ll definitely continue working with Lindsey.
